We worked on a commission management system that simplifies managing profiles, agreements, payments and tax invoices. It allows tracking loan accounts, matching receipts and generating ABA files for payments. Key features include automated commission processing, real-time visibility, customizable roles and data synchronization with external systems.
Many businesses that deal with commission payments face challenges in ensuring accuracy and transparency in commission distribution. The process of calculating and processing commissions manually can be error-prone, time-consuming and difficult to manage at scale. Our challenge was to develop a solution that could simplify this complex process, automate payment calculations and ensure smooth synchronization of data from multiple sources while providing users with real-time visibility into commission transactions.
The solution is Rubik-Com, a robust commission management system designed to streamline the process of commission processing for brokers, lenders and business units. Rubik-Com automates critical tasks like commission calculation, receipt matching and payment processing. The system also ensures accurate tracking of loan accounts, the generation of tax invoices and seamless synchronization with external data sources, providing users with real-time access to reports and transaction history. With a role-based access control system, Rubik-Com ensures that the right stakeholders can manage and review commission-related tasks in an efficient and secure way.
The project was successfully implemented, providing businesses with a fully integrated solution for commission management. Rubik-Com significantly reduced manual errors and processing time, while enhancing the transparency and accuracy of commission distributions. Users praised the system for its intuitive interface, ease of use and automated features, which allowed them to focus on higher-level tasks rather than administrative work.

Data Synchronization: Ensures seamless syncing of data from various external systems to ensure up-to-date and consistent information.
The development of Rubik-Com followed an iterative process with a strong focus on automating commission processing and ensuring ease of use for businesses. We began by analyzing the client’s existing workflows and identifying pain points in commission processing. With this understanding, we developed prototypes and tested essential features like commission tracking, payment calculation and receipt matching. Once the core system was in place, we implemented necessary integrations, such as external data syncing and role-based user access, to ensure that the system was both functional and secure. Continuous testing and feedback allowed us to refine the system’s usability, ensuring that it was a valuable tool for businesses handling commission payments.
